J&J’s Crane Service provides crane lifts throughout Orlando for HVAC companies, builders, and installation crews that need a lift scheduled and handled without complications. Rooftop A/C replacements, truss sets, and equipment placements often have other trades waiting, inspections scheduled, and homeowners expecting the job to be finished that day. When the crane is part of the schedule, it has to show up on time and be ready to work. That is what we focus on.

Our operators are NCCCO and OSHA certified and used to working around occupied buildings, tight neighborhoods, and active construction sites. We operate a 60 ton crane with a 151’ boom ($300/hr) and a 55 ton crane with a 151’ boom ($225/hr) with a 4 hour minimum. We also offer flat rate pricing for A/C unit lifts, which many HVAC companies use for change-outs and new rooftop installations.

We regularly handle rooftop condensers and air handlers, roof trusses, fiberglass pool placements, sheds, and other prefab structures. Before arrival we confirm access, overhead clearances, and staging so the crane can be set and the lift completed efficiently. Our goal is simple: make a clean pick, set it where you need it, and let your crew finish the job the same day.
