J&J’s Crane Service provides crane lifts throughout Oakland for HVAC installers, builders, and installation crews that need equipment placed safely and without slowing down the job. Many lifts involve backyard access, fences, or limited staging areas, so we go over the site details ahead of time and make sure the crane can be positioned properly before the scheduled day. When the truck shows up, the goal is for everything to already be planned so the lift can start right away.

Our operators are NCCCO and OSHA certified and experienced working around finished landscaping and occupied homes. We operate a 60 ton crane with a 151’ boom ($300/hr) and a 55 ton crane with a 151’ boom ($225/hr) with a 4 hour minimum. We also offer flat rate pricing for A/C unit lifts, which many HVAC companies use for rooftop replacements and new installs.

We regularly set roof trusses, place fiberglass pools, lift sheds into backyards, and fly rooftop HVAC equipment over houses. We coordinate directly with your crew on arrival so rigging and placement are clear, complete the pick safely, and let the installation continue without unnecessary downtime.
