J&J’s Crane Service provides crane lifts throughout Montverde for HVAC installers, builders, and installation crews that need reliable scheduling and careful placement. Many properties have longer driveways, elevation changes, and limited areas to stage equipment, so we review access and placement details before the job date. Having a clear plan ahead of time allows the crane to be positioned properly and the lift to begin shortly after we arrive.

All lifts are performed by NCCCO and OSHA certified operators experienced working around homes and active job sites. We operate a 60 ton crane with a 151’ boom ($300/hr) and a 55 ton crane with a 151’ boom ($225/hr) with a 4 hour minimum. We also offer flat rate pricing for A/C unit lifts, which helps HVAC companies plan rooftop replacements and new installations.

We regularly handle rooftop condensers and air handlers, roof truss sets, prefab sheds, and fiberglass pool placements. Once on site we coordinate with your crew, review rigging and final placement, and complete the lift safely so the rest of the project can continue the same day.
