J&J’s Crane Service provides crane lifts throughout Minneola for HVAC companies, builders, and installation crews that need dependable scheduling and a lift handled properly. Many projects involve new homes and tight residential streets with limited staging space, so planning ahead is important. We review access, overhead clearance, and placement location before the scheduled day so when the crane arrives your crew can start work right away.

All lifts are performed by NCCCO and OSHA certified operators experienced working around homes and active construction sites. We operate a 60 ton crane with a 151’ boom ($300/hr) and a 55 ton crane with a 151’ boom ($225/hr) with a 4 hour minimum. We also offer flat rate pricing for A/C unit lifts, which HVAC installers often use for rooftop replacements and package unit change-outs.

We regularly place rooftop condensers and air handlers, set roof trusses, install sheds, and lift fiberglass pools into backyards. Once on site we coordinate directly with your crew, complete the lift safely, and allow the installation to continue without delays so the job can be finished the same day.
