J&J’s Crane Service provides crane lifts throughout Lake Mary for HVAC companies, builders, and installation crews that need reliable scheduling and clear communication. All lifts are performed by NCCCO and OSHA certified operators who are comfortable working around occupied buildings and active job sites. We operate a 60 ton crane with a 151’ boom ($300/hr) and a 55 ton crane with a 151’ boom ($225/hr) with a 4 hour minimum. We also offer flat rate pricing for A/C unit lifts, which HVAC companies often use for rooftop replacements and equipment change-outs.

We regularly handle rooftop condensers and air handlers, roof trusses, sheds, and fiberglass pool placements. Once on site we coordinate directly with your crew, review rigging and final positioning, and complete the lift safely so the installation can be finished the same day and the project stays on schedule.
