J&J’s Crane Service performs crane lifts throughout Mascotte for projects that require accurate placement and dependable scheduling. Whether it is a new build or an equipment replacement, planning the lift beforehand helps the installation day go smoothly. We review access, staging area, and final placement details before arrival so your crew is ready when the crane gets there.

All lifts are completed by NCCCO and OSHA certified operators experienced working on residential and construction sites. We operate a 60 ton crane with a 151’ boom ($300/hr) and a 55 ton crane with a 151’ boom ($225/hr) with a 4 hour minimum. Flat rate pricing is available for A/C unit lifts.

We regularly set trusses, place rooftop HVAC units, install sheds, and lift fiberglass pools into position. We coordinate directly with your crew and complete the lift safely so the job can continue without downtime.
